Late 19th to early 20th centuries

Unglazed porcelain marble with painted bull’s eye motif.  Marbles with this type of bull’s eye with a repeating leaf pattern around the circumference have been found in archaeological contexts dating c. 1850-1860 (Carskadden and Gartley 1990).
