This 7.25" diameter plate, in the Titmouse pattern, was produced by the British firm Brownhills and Company (1872-1896). It is an example of alphabet plates of the1870s to 1890s that followed design elements of the Aesthetic Movement. Below this image is the registered mark from the backside of the plate.
