North Devon Sgraffito bowl. White slip over red earthenware body, with lead glazed interior.  Incised floral (or spiral asterisk) motif.  Approximately 9.5” rim diameter. Some of the lead glaze has  worn away from this sherd. Vessel 38.  Lots 642, 720, 730, 874, 881. (Feature 12).  The floral motif on this vessel is very similar to examples found in a circa 1670-1680 context at Jamestown and discussed in Outlaw (2002).
